General

  1. By submitting a commission request, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms listed on this page and understand that not respecting any of these rules might get you blacklisted from my commissions.
  2. I reserve the right to decline any request at my discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
  3. These terms are subject to change at any time.

AI

  1. Please do not use AI as a tool to brainstorm or propose ideas during the commission. I strictly forbid feeding AI with my artwork.
  2. After the artwork is done, do not feed it into AI to make modifications. You can even pay another artist to modify my own work if you wish, but do NOT use AI to do that. This is the job of an artist, not AI.

ANY INSTANCE OF AI USAGE INVOLVING MY WORK WILL RESULT IN A PERMANENT, NON-APPEALABLE BLACKLIST FROM MY COMMISSIONS.

Pricing & Payment

  1. Full payment is required upfront. You will receive a PayPal invoice after we discuss the details.
  2. During discussion, the final price may be adjusted if the request is deemed complex for any justifiable reason.
  3. If I am unable to contact you for the commission, it may/will be cancelled.

Revisions

  1. Minor adjustments are included at no extra cost during the sketching phase.
  2. Any major/complicated changes post sketching phase will incur additional fees.

Rights

  1. Completed artwork is free for personal use for any of your projects beside ones that involve feeding my work into AI.
  2. For commercial use (eg. Merch), a licensing fee will be inquired during discussion.
  3. Do not claim the artwork as your own or remove any signature/watermark.
  4. I retain the right to display completed commissions in my portfolio and on social media unless explicitely asked not to.

Refunds

  1. Full refunds are available if work has not considerably progressed.
  2. No refunds are available once the final file has crossed the sketching phase after approval from the client.

Content Policy

  1. I do not accept requests involving hate speech, discrimination, underage characters in sexual situations, or content that is illegal in any jurisdiction.
  2. Extreme or niche kink content may be declined. Feel free to ask me (sxnackx) before submitting if you're unsure.
  3. NSFW content is available and requires confirmation of age (18+) by the commissioner.
